Cannabis in United States Virgin Islands
Cannabis in United States Virgin Islands is illegal, but decriminalized for individuals possessing under one ounce. In a 2014 referendum, USVI voters supported their Legislature taking up the question of legalizing medical cannabis.
==2014 decriminalization==
In December 2014, USVI's Senate voted 14–0 to override Governor John P. DeJongh's line-item veto of cannabis decriminalization from the territory's 2015 budget.
